1. What StoreLink Is

StoreLink is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables small businesses to create and manage online storefronts. We provide the platform; you manage your shop, products, and customer relationships.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use StoreLink. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is linked to one shop. If we detect activity that violates these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • You own the content you upload (product images, descriptions, etc.).
  • You must not list items that are illegal or prohibited under Ghanaian law.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders and resolving disputes with your customers directly.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • StoreLink offers a free tier with limited features so you can evaluate the platform before paying.
  • Paid plans (Starter and Growth) are billed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) via Paystack.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
  • If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until your current period ends.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable. The free tier allows you to fully evaluate the service before upgrading.

6. Customer Payments

StoreLink does not process payments between buyers and sellers. Payments via Mobile Money or pay-on-delivery are arranged directly between you and your customers. StoreLink is not a party to these transactions and bears no liability for payment disputes between sellers and customers.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to StoreLink. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to display your content on your storefront. We may remove content that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

StoreLink is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost sales, service downtime, data loss, or disputes between sellers and customers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of StoreLink is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your shop becomes inaccessible to customers. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of StoreLink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
